It consisted of your basic interview..they wanted to know your work history, how you would perform (individually, in a group), what your qualities were ( just to make sure you were capable of performing the duties assigned),,,etc,,
very easy..123..asked some questions..answered...offered me the position...
went over to take a drug test..hired...

Interview
Communicated with HR initially, then had 1 interview with multiple members of the organization. HR communicated back 2 days later stating that the interview process would not proceed; was not offered position because I had "too much experience" but was encouraged to apply to other advertised positions in the future.

Interview
The company is very customer service oriented. The will give you various tests and quizzes to access your abilities and interests. Be prepared to answer their test with the customer in mind, no matter what the situation, remember the customer is always right.
