Prepare to be mentally exhausted from their interview process. Screening with recruiter, take home assignment with like 10 questions, interview with mangers, interview with VP, and a presentation. I usually do not interview with companies that have their candidates invest this much time and not worth it.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tipalti (Londen, Engeland) in Dec 2023
Interview
The process was clearly laid out from the start by the internal recruiter and there were a sensible amount of steps, with a good mix of competency, background and culture fit conversations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you manage your time with regard to pipeline building
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tipalti in Oct 2023
Interview
As mentioned here before, it seems they use a pretty standard playbook.
1, Recruiter call
2. Panel Interview
3. Pitch Exercise
4. In person meeting
My experience was poor. The recruiter can't even figure out how to send a calendar invite, so I was having to put all the meetings on my own calendar.
The panel interview was fairly easy, standard stuff.
The exercise is bogus. You get a slide deck provided to you, and then have 20 minutes with a hard stop to present the material and ask discovery questions. Would you ever, in your sales career, have to present a pitch deck and complete a proper discovery in 20 minutes? No, not in your life.
The process took 3 weeks and I paid a lot more attention to it than it was worth.
