The recruiter can't even figure out how to send a calendar invite, so I was having to put all the meetings on my own calendar. The panel interview was fairly easy, standard stuff. The exercise is bogus. You get a slide deck provided to you, and then have 20 minutes with a hard stop to present the material and ask discovery questions. Would you ever, in your sales career, have to present a pitch deck and complete a proper discovery in 20 minutes? No, not in your life. The process took 3 weeks and I paid a lot more attention to it than it was worth.
