Tipalti interview questions

The interview process included several stages. It started with an HR screening, followed by a technical interview where I was asked to describe complex Kubernetes workflows and CI/CD practices. Then, I had a cloud architecture discussion that covered both GCP and AWS concepts. In the final round, I was asked behavioral and leadership questions focused on communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring team members. The overall process was structured, professional, and allowed me to demonstrate both my technical and soft skills.
