Turing interview questions

Lengthy but enjoyable recruitment procedure. Algorithm challenge questions were quite tricky. Really helpful in the long-term. Take home challenge took 1 week but it was rewarding too as it prepared me in speed programming which came helpful during algorithm and data structure challenges. Later initial technical interview was around the take home challenge submission, the strategies used and how it could be improved

I was asked to create an account on the website and finish some online programming tests. Those tests usually last between 50 to 3h20min each(!), and to apply for the position I needed to finish 5 of them. 8 working hours according to the maximum time limit. The process is just terrible, questions are not precise, but only one answer can be chosen. They are far away from what will be required in real life from the developers. Total lack of respect for candidates' time.
