I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Turing in Jan 2023
Interview
The entire process is automated. You will need to perform some code tests on their platform, but they are not overly complex.
The challenging part is filling out your profile on the Turing website. It appears to be a worse version of LinkedIn, and unfortunately, there is no way to import your LinkedIn profile or resume file. You must manually enter all of your information.
After waiting for one month to hear back from Turing following the completion of my tests and profile, I received an email stating that my profile did not have enough experience details. I was informed that I needed to provide more information about my experiences, which was a very tedious process.
I do not think I will continue with the process, as my resume has been reviewed by several other companies who all found it satisfactory. Turing seems to require a level of detail that does not make sense, and it appears they may lack human resources staff, so they ask programmers to handle this task. My experience with the company was not positive.
Passed tech stakes MCQ. Next passed coding tests, after there is an online interview with representative for finalizing salary. The representative access their salary expectations. Most of the crew is from Indian/ African based.
