Turing interview questions

The process is based on 4 steps. Psychological, Technical, Resume and Interview. I’m in the interview step. The test is hard and i’m exiting to do the interview. In the resume, we need to write 500 words minimum

Initially the process would be some tests done in a 100% automated way. I passed all of them, including the main one which was the coding challenge, and to my surprise without any justification two months later they told me that I was not able because they had "manually reviewed" my test and I had not passed, yes, 2 months later. Besides that they told me that I would need to wait another 3 months to try again, but I did it in an event promoted by them, Jump Start, where even if I failed I could redo the test in 48 hours. Turing lacks transparency and clear rules, the rules change all the time according to their wishes.
