I just got rejected by asking how many "professional" years of experience I have. They did not care about any university or internships. They just cared about the number of years, not asking anything about those projects. Although the same information was also written down in my CV.

How many professional years of experience do you have?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Turing
Interview
I was selected for the interview by the client. I have performed well and solved DSA problems but didn't get any feedback from the client or turning matcher. There is a gap between candidate and matcher communications.
1- Upload resume 2- Work experience survey (MCQ) 3- Coding challenge (2 Coding challenges in 30 mins) One was pretty easy, and the other was medium. I think the time is faire for them 4- Tech stacks tests (pretty useless for me)
