I applied through other source. I interviewed at Turing
Interview
The Interview process is very long. First, you need to take a test that is pretty long. If you pass, then the zoom interview begins. Four people interviewed me.
A lot of reasoning/technical for an HR position. They communicate with you through Whatsapp which I find very informal.
I found it very disrespectful that after taking a very long test and going through 4 interviews. The company didn't send an email stating that you didn't pass the interview process. I had to ask the person that was texting me through Whatsapp to have an update and at that moment I knew that they were no longer considering me for the position.

Positions that you have hired in the past.
You will have to answer some basic question regarding your work experience and some work culture question first. Then you will have to give MCQ test according to the field you select. Like for ML I gave one Python test, one ML test and one SQL test after which you get an live coding challenge. After which you can match with companies and move towards interviews.
