Turing interview questions

The Interview process is very long. First, you need to take a test that is pretty long. If you pass, then the zoom interview begins. Four people interviewed me. A lot of reasoning/technical for an HR position. They communicate with you through Whatsapp which I find very informal. I found it very disrespectful that after taking a very long test and going through 4 interviews. The company didn't send an email stating that you didn't pass the interview process. I had to ask the person that was texting me through Whatsapp to have an update and at that moment I knew that they were no longer considering me for the position.
