It wasn't problem or a challenge . They just gave a me a small tour of the warehouse. The whole process was painless and quick. They just told me that the work would be physical and what times would work best for me to work
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2015
Interview
Had to go twice.
The first was with a group of about 20 people. They walk you through the distribution center and show you what the people do very briefly so you have an idea of the physical expectations so you do not quit right after training.
Second time was for a short 15 minute one on one interview where they gauge your interest in staying with the company and to make sure you have the right attitude. It is an entry level position so experience is secondary to these first two things.
