UPS Part time Package Handler interview questions

I applied online and was scheduled right away for a tour. After tour we were told if interested come back tomorrow night for a one on one interview. I showed up for the interview and it went well. He tried to get me to change my decision of working night shift to do sunrise of preloading since I'm a female he said it would be easier for me. I told him I could only work the night shift, because I have two kids at home. He asked for my birth date for a background check and said he would be in contact with me. This happened on Tuesday and it's now Friday and I haven't heard back yet. Hoping I will hear something at the beginning of next week!

Filled out online application, toured the facility and trucks the same day. After tour was made aware of the difficulties of the job. Scheduled for one on one interview the next day which took less than 10 minutes. Was told they would do a background check and get back to me.
