I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Lincoln, NE) in Aug 2015
Interview
No interview, a group debriefing of the job and a tour. The whole time they were telling us that this was an early job, the work was fast paced and tough for the first few weeks until you got used to it. Basically telling us that this job was not for everyone and that you should not accept the job if you do not think you can do it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you know the risks of working here, does this sound like something you can do?
They ask you about your education and where you see yourself in the future. They also asked about previous job experience and kept emphasizing that the job isn't easy. They also talked about the hours and how they would be different from week to week. Overall the interview experience was very laid back and informal, you do not need to dress up for it as it is informal. All you should wear is a plaid shirt and maybe some khakis.

Interview
Not a very difficult interview process especially if you interview during the holiday season. They desperately need the additional help in November/December. Be sound minded with reasonable responses and you are in. A day or two of rudimentary tests will follow. Easy to complete as you can retake them as many times as necessary.
