They also talked about the hours and how they would be different from week to week. Overall the interview experience was very laid back and informal, you do not need to dress up for it as it is informal. All you should wear is a plaid shirt and maybe some khakis.

Not a very difficult interview process especially if you interview during the holiday season. They desperately need the additional help in November/December. Be sound minded with reasonable responses and you are in. A day or two of rudimentary tests will follow. Easy to complete as you can retake them as many times as necessary.
