Interview for marketplace internship. Lot of behavioral questions, and some data-related questions too. Not too hard, but the data questions threw me a bit off guard. And the job description gave kind of a different description of the position compared to what I was told in the interview, so do a bit more external research I guess. I also recommend revising the STAR method.
It is straightforward: pass the assessment, complete onboarding, then begin training to learn expectations, develop skills, meet the team, and prepare confidently for success in the role moving forward together.
