Straight forward, clear and transparent. It was two rounds of interview with various managers. They asked quite a few questions, varying from problem solving, strengths/weaknesses to style of working. Do recommend applying.
Applied online. A few days later someone reached out for an interview. Very easy over the phone. The call lasted me about 7 minutes. They gave me a description of the job, asked me maybe 1 question with a scenario

They call you and set up a phone interview. If you do good on the initial interview, then you are set for a second in person interview with a manager of the department.
