Easy , respectfully and straightforward the team really cared about getting the right fit vs just hiring someone for a role that they may not like and possibly leave in the future
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Virginia Beach, VA) in Mar 2026
Interview
After applying, I heard back from the recruiter within 5 days and had a quick initial interview with them, where they asked basic background and situational questions.
The longer part was moving forward with the hiring manager. It took about 2 weeks to schedule and complete the final interview with the supervisory teller and bank manager, where I introduced myself and answered more situational questions. The final decision also took another 2 weeks after that.
