Wipro Team Leader interview questions

Went well covering all aspects which are essential in the interview. Overall experience was good and would like to recommend the same. Has got few opportunity to attend however comparatively it was very easy.

Three rounds took place however they rejected basis of proctor communication test which I feel is waste of time. Overphone already gave 2 rounds and if my communication wasnt good the HR should be able to see that in 1st round itself.
