Interview
The interview process followed as:
First Group Discussion: which was quite easy for my groups. Others had difficult topics too
Second(If qualified First) Interview with the Director: Questions where about yourself and my readiness to travelling was checked. Also explained me the job profile in details. Past experience was asked and internship project's details were asked.
Third(If qualified Second) Interview with Sr.VP: Grilled on MMYT's profile, right from its market value to Mergers and acquisitions. I was prepared with the in and out of the company's profile, competitors' analysis and financial statement thoroughly.
Fourth(If qualified Third) Online general aptitude test: This is a part of hiring process and if scored well then the candidate is selected for the role. The test is general apti which includes quatitative questions and verbal ability questions which is quite easy to crack.

Interview
Intense. Resume dissection. Typing test. As difficult as the interview process was, I appreciated the time and thought that the panel of interviewees took with me. I could tell I was i a room with extremely smart and talented people that just needed to be certain they picked the right person for the job.

1)They apparently are just trying to figure out your communication skills,confidence level and articulation skill.
2)Will surely grill you on what you have done in terms of projects,social activities,etc
3)And be sure to tackle a virtual world problem that they will throw and provide a convincing solution which apparently should be implementable practically.
