Group interview: - Groups of 3-4 - Tasked to design a product with team mates - I guess they were testing our communication skills, how we interact with colleagues/people, if we let everyone talk rather than dominate etc (basically, be you, be social, friendly etc) Followed by a 1-1 interview (3D-CV) - Your CV in a short 3-4 min presentation - Talk about you, your past roles, your interests, your skills, why you applied to the job - Got asked a few questions about situations in workplace (basic competency, what would you do if XYZ happened in this store etc etc) - Bring props for the CV presentation

The interviews were more about trying to understand what I was after in a role and my motivations rather than the traditional STAR interview questions. STAR questions after a certain level of experience are not useful as your CV should really tell what you can do in my opinion! A lot of information was shared about what sort of things were needed to be achieved in the role.
No unexpected or difficult questions to share.
