Name a time when you were extremely busy with multiple tasks ahead. How did you go about achieving ultimate customer satisfaction?
All of the questions were pretty easy and basic. Ex: Why Life Time Fitness? Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you experienced bad customer service. I guess the only unexpected question was: If you could have any super power, what would you have? Also, know their mission and vision- they tell you that to prepare for your second interview, but might as well learn it for the first one.
How flexible are you? What days would you like to work? Weekends? What pay were you expecting? What are your plans for the future?
