      Backbase is one of the best place to work. 2 days Hybrid way of working. Flexible WFH policy. Care about customer, employee and Backbase growth. First Fintech company to adapt and implement aI at core functions. Learning AI while implementing project. Too many learnings and growth opportunities for performers.
