In CData you get lot of opportunities to learn, perform and prove yourself. You get a great environment of trust and collaboration. You get great support and help from seniors in India and from other geographies. Work Culture is great and there has been lot positive changes lately. CData has a very technical engineering team from whom I have learned a lot.
Cons
A lot of hard work is required for initial rampup.
