Pros
The company has a healthy work environment, where the other employees are friendly and approachable. While the company is growing, it still holds on to that 'small company feeling' so your voice can be heard and your suggestions taken into account. A big plus is that you have the choice of working remotely or from the beautiful office.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve since the company makes so many products, but you can always ask questions if you don't understand something.
