      One good thing is flexible working hours. Need to complete 9 hrs.

      Cons

      You need to be good and confident in whatever role you are going to perform.Noone will give you the training here, they will directly put you into some higher end projects and expects you to work with 100% result. Just take up some courses behind it and start to learn on your own.Dont ever think that you will find someone behind you to guide you in everything , if you get a good lead then you are good go. They will assist you in some things. If not fighting!!! You can do it. Buddy.
