      Pros

      - Salary - Benefits - Eindhoven workplace is nice, but hardly you'll work there

      Cons

      The company hires more people than needed for the available projects. The result is that either you grab the first project that comes in your hands, even if totally unrelated to you, or you get fired. If you are in probation, they'll fire you one day after the probation finishes, so that they don't have any penalty. Very unprofessional.

      Pros

      International environment: a lot of expats in your same situation willing to meet new people.

      Cons

      - They hired a lot of international people between Sept. and Oct. of 2018. After two months working there, they could not find an assignment for everyone and they laid 20 people off on the same day. They kept on firing people the following days. - If you're an expat, the support they give to get the BSN, Dutch bank account, etc. is really bad compared to some other companies in the area. - Worse conditions compared to some other similar companies in the area.

      Pros

      Good company to start with. Important to maintain good relations with immediate manager since they have a big say in your career. Ample possibilities for training.

      Cons

      Like most companies altran tries to squeeze the best economic benefit out of you. Which means less flexibility. I am not sure how much of a con it is. That's just the way most companies work, you need to figure out if that is what you want from life.
