Pros

Good benefits, healthy work environment, flexibility with hours

Cons

There's so much focus on the healthy and inclusive work environment that work could be done at a slightly quicker pace. But life is a marathon, not a race, so this may not be a 'strong' con.

Pros

Strong organization that continues to drive excellence in the industry. Strong leadership focuses on making good decisions. Talent management, support is unmatched in corporate America. Organization supports flexibility and access to roles across functions for those that show interest and initiative.

Cons

Organizational decisions can take longer than necessary at times. Consensus driven culture can be taxing. Pay is competitive but not differentiated enough for strongest performers.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Has to be one of the most painful experiences I've had with any company thus far - and I've worked for digital marketing agencies, so that should tell you a lot. The clueless leadership, the disorganization, and the lack of planning/strategy, make for a very chaotic environment. Add to that inflated egos and blame culture, you have the perfect recipe for a toxic environment. They'll always hire from outside than promote from within - promotes a never ending stream of turnover. As a result, there is no source of best practices/processes, and oh, there is no "position specific" training/onboarding either. The general company onboarding doesnt help. Best part - they have no platform support for their marketing stack, and you're left to your own to troubleshoot. Can't resolve? Tough luck, you're at fault. Work/life balance is absolutely non-existent.
