Pros

especially the first few year at Ernst & Young is a good start and offers lot of opportunities in terms of personal development, fast growth, course, seeing many different companies. aLso strating with a good of colleagues who also just graduete and are the same a does add something postive to the atmophere your work in.

Cons

But after finishing your MBA / postmaster/doctoral / CPA - just as in the London practice: do look for another job. Only if you want to be part of the parnership stay; but who wants to join that in 2010? Partner structure became very bad after the merger into to EMEIA region as well as salary increases and bonusses have dramatically been cut. Though; expectation in terms of overhours to be made have increase significantly. To me a very bad way which will not last for long...
