      Flexible hybrid/remote Free lunch on site once a week

      Cons

      Overworked teams with little to no support for interns on some teams unless if you're lucky and get placed in a better team Very inefficient communication and supervisors seem inconvenienced to take time to actually integrate you, no real mentorship going on

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
