      Allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      The benefits I read about only apply in Europe. 11-hour workdays were the norm and expectation. I worked European hours, not local ones. No support from management when I raised it. No career growth or salary increments.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
