      A good environment with work-life balance. Good training budget.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow, no promotion and salary-increment even for 2 years. Many skilled employees are let go because the company does not support growth, stuck doing one thing forever.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
