      Very international, you can meet many nice people, free lunch (even though you get bored of eating the same things every day).

      Cons

      It is difficult to deal with so much legacy. There is no time to focus on the new features.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
