      Pros

      - culture and people are great; extremely accountable and easy to work with - a lot of documentation so you know what is where - you are given everything to do your job well & beyond - there are a lot of activities and emphasis on humans

      Cons

      - when the leadership changed, the focus went from people to figures. so people were now figures on a balancesheet instead of humans so the treatment changed. the lay offs were brutal, borderline inhumane.

      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
