Out of touch with their customers' needs. Used to be customer centric, but not anymore. Some tasks cannot be linked to a customers' needs, and it's frustrating to build something you know the customers don't want and/or need.
There is little trust in the people.
The company lacks direction and a clear vision.
A lot of people are more concerned with looking like they work, while actually doing nothing at all.
