      4 Day work week during summer

      Mass layoffs for almost a year. The entire ELT is a joke . The woman who was just been named new CPO was inappropriate enough to share bikini holiday pictures in slack groups the morning in which layoffs were happening. Stop promoting these type of leaders

      Cons

      product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
