They make you relocate to another country with a one-year contract and the intention of making it a permanent contract. But after a year they easily say that your line of product is canceled we don't need you anymore and don't renew your contract. then you are alone with a resident permit about to expire which is tied to your work and bills to pay :) Lots of changes in higher level management and a lot of changes in company strategy make it hard to prioritize barely anything. Despite the kind words of high-level managers, when they don't need you anymore they even don't bother to reply to your email.
