Large amount of work to be done. Good work/ life balance. Good people work here and the reason why employees stay. Employee input is received well.

Unless you have a bachelor's degree in basket weaving. You will never make it off the production floor. Employees are constantly overlooked for promotions, for outside hires. Turn over is mostly because good people don't have the opertunity to advance. Good people leave when there is no opertunities. The education assistance program is broken and very difficult to navigate. Pay is below industry standards even for the area.
