Excellent engineers. Great people. Used to be happy and caring workforce.

Cons

Senior management has achieved their positions by time in the company, most definitely NOT ability. No leadership, weak and wishy-washy. Self-serving and short-sighted.

Benefits are pretty competitive because the employee turnover is so high. Some great people.

Cons

Management make terrible decisions and consistently screw over employees. Good employees leave because of a horrible work culture. People are overworked to death and are forced to squeeze blood from a turnip. Employees are constantly berated instead of praised. No recognition for good work. Supervisors don't back up their workers. Volatile and hostile work environment. Company runs outdated windows 7 for all machines. No one listens or cares about what employees have to say. Unqualified people in management positions. HR is completely useless and shows no empathy.Run away unless you want to permanently have your soul sucked.
