This place is toxic, very bad for your health ad career. Racism, Discrimination, among other things are in the roots of this organization. Unless you are Dutch or Englishmen, or willing to sell your soul to a devil, run! - No matter how hard you work, you are guaranteed to not get a promotion, career advancement, salary increase etc unless your native Dutch/or form UK/ or you are serving in those in unorthodox way. - Also be aware when you ask for promotion, salary increase or career advancement. Those are some seriously disturbed people, who, on your face will laugh, gaslight, give your glowing performance reviews (as obviously you are doing good job and they can't argue that) - but behind your back they will isolate you, make recruiters from other companies contact you and bully you (they are some serious bullies) to prove you that you can't find job elsewhere, such that you can stay serving them but quite, without speaking out or protecting your rights. - They are so disturbed that they made companies such as Spotify, McKinsey, Adyen Amsterdam bunches and many more contact me with an opportunity, make me go through their interviews and then specifically told that they suggest me get more experience. - Also you can know for sure that they are going to use their recruiter connections to effect your future opportunities by falsely thinking that no one will know or caught them If you are not sure in your abilities or not good at noticing things, this can seriously heart your self esteem and mental health. Please stay away from this organization.
