      Pros

      Very friendly and well intentioned colleagues overall, along with nice office accommodations across Europe. There is also a highly international workforce, which creates a diverse working environment.

      Cons

      The HR department only focuses on its KPIs, not on the well being of its employees. Additionally, there is a lot of bureaucracy and middle management which is fine. But it is hard to take initiatives yourself without having to receive multiple approvals before you can take action. So, expect a slow pace when it comes to change.

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
