Pros
For that time (actually 2019, but this form only went back to 2022), it was good enough pay, pre-pandemic. A bit laid back. Was a mostly testing-lab location, I was one of the few developers. I liked my boss. Left when I saw how they treated other employees (non devs)
Cons
Treated non-devs bad, company too big, too many people, over the top push on all the pride events. Very inefficient in the IT dept due to overhead and too many people.
