Pros

People are great, pay and benefits are really good.

Cons

Managers are not supportive. You will be given alot of work regardless if you know how to do it or not. The expecation is to figure it out, with little support. You are held accountable if you email a client, but they do not contact you and the issue is now a problem. Your fault. You should have kept reaching out a few times. You are not set up to succeed. They do not live up to the values in many ways and certain departments will be allowed to walk all over you. You need to be careful which department you are in. They have had some layoffs since I left.....
