      Work schedule flexibility Good environment between colleagues

      Cons

      Lack of training, contracts that should be illegal, different salaries for people doing the same work even when working in projects just in English. Management is one of the worst I've ever delt with. If you wanna be exploited and have very bad contractual conditions, here is the place.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
