They always have work for you (anyone) to do.
Cons
The problem is the rates offered, increasingly lower. They often use "flat rates" but if you convert to x per word it is ridiculous. The rate per hour has also decreased over the years. The quality of the TMs after this MTPE era is awful and it takes longer to PE than to translate from scratch for a third of the pay in the best of the cases.
