      nice international, young team, good bonus system, good office location.

      Cons

      High levels of micromanagement. a boomer-ceo that is not willing to listen to team demands. Very corporate structures. A prevalent burnout culture that is being disregarded. Low salaries.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
