      Bad experiences mainly with the company's culture, HR, and management

      Pros

      Good salary, more than many other Dutch companies. Supportive and knowledgeable engineers

      Cons

      1. Legacy code. 2. No time to refactor the code. 3. Worst HR I've ever seen, I've never heard any good news in all-hand meetings, they usually discourage people via the bad news. 4. Businesses make all decisions without knowing the employee's opinions and mostly think about the consequences after making a decision. 5. The office culture seems more suited for Turkish and Dutch employees, and I sometimes feel like I don't fully fit in with the dominant group dynamic. you can find the Turkish and Dutch colonies and the rest of the team. 6. Micro Management. Engineer managers, Team Leads, and HR have no power or right to make or change CEO's decisions. Everyone must follow CEO's commands. no one has the right to criticize. 7. I got a call and asked why my LinkedIn profile is open to work and I was ordered to close my Linked profile immediately. Just take a look at the overall rating.

      I don't have so much to highlight.

      Cons

      -Low salary -Bad management -Ineffective communication -I find it interesting the amount of products that they are sending in every warehouse. The daily consumer products such as meats, milk, yogurt, and vegetables, which should be refrigerated as soon as they are received, are kept outside for 2 to 5 hours, as it can become dangerous for consumption.

      It started well, we were spending a lot of money, etc., then the inflation and economic slowdown came. Some teams were having nice people

      Low salaries No nagotiation about salaries even if higher costs of living Poor management No clear plan Toxic people in the office No personal development Changed their policy and now you have to work 5 days in the office and the year is 2023 The benefits could be better
