Lack of leadership

Pros

A young and energetic environment, I like my job because I really get along well with lots of my co-workers.

Cons

Turnover is extremely high Potential get waisted due to lack of leadership and lack of focus. HF is grown a lot in a short period of time. People in higher management are managers because they started first, not because they're the most qualified to do the job. Strong tendency to micromanage and unrealistic high workload

Salary. Lunch. Parking. Travel allowance.

Cons

Low morale. High staff turnover and burn out. Team does not share a vision for the future. Unspoken politics. Poor leadership. Low trust between colleagues. Aggression and bullying are tolerated.

Pros

- Impact on a young market and a young team to change things and make it bigger creating a very personalized approach to customers - Employee experience and lunch provided every day

Cons

- Unfair projects distribution creating confusion on what steps to take to grow - No coaching or support given to foster a positive environment but more to look for mistakes that would lead to remove some people - Lots of use of Dutch instead of English in an international team putting some people in the corner - Events not extended to people from CX (on the phone)
