      Good scrum flow, No blaming persons for any mistake, everything is team responsibility. Flex work hours Salary increase on January apart from generic performance based increase Beautiful office Good atmosphere Good IT communities High profile apps (good experience)

      Salary is average, Free coffee is really not good at the office

      - room for landing and getting used to - no blaming or pointing people - flex on worktimes - multiple offices in Netherlands - welcoming atmosphere

      Cons

      - slow internal flows (HR etc) - salary is avarage, not high - very much deep backend development, not much 3rd fancy modules - very less frontend work - there is no structured growpath / scaling for mendix developers
