Like Bill McDermott says in his auto biography, compared with many other tech companies, SAP is a relatively kind company. It has the best and most professional sales org in the industry although it has recently lost some of it's sheen as many US based executives and sellers have left and there is more tech/ops/German influence running the Customer Success Org
Cons
SAP is highly complicated for sales processes, quotes, approvals and other internal baggage. SAP does not do a very good job of marketing but if you are selling into the installed base the reputation proceeed itself.
