Pros

The brand name carries a lot of value and the software still is the best on the market in its niche. Culture on other teams seems to be okay from the outside looking in at least. Perks you get working here give you enough motivation to not quit.

Cons

Ever since a new director was brought on in 2018 and made some new hires from his old company, the culture has slowly gone downhill and become toxic. Here are our core values and how they have been affected by changes in leadership. Customers first - No. I have overheard newer CAMs speak poorly of customers to the point of making fun of their appearances based on pictures they saw on LinkedIn. The same attitude has spilled over to their fellow teammates with some newer hires taking a patronizing tone towards their coworkers. Innovate - Only ones allowed to "innovate" are new hires who have mysteriously become favorites of the new leadership, their opinions and voices are far more valued regardless of content. Make a difference - They've made a difference for worse. Do the right thing - New egos are not checked at the door, in fact they take a patronizing tone towards coworkers even when they themselves are not performing well. Leadership takes side with their old crew and has been known to partake in some of the gossip or laugh hysterically at inappropriate comments. Velocity - I've spoken my mind here, can't do it where I work. The fun and enthusiasm died, only petty corporate politics remain now.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to drive change and outcomes. Still a culture that cares, even whilst making sure performance is front and center. Never a dull moment.

Cons

As a tech business, change is the norm, so its never quiet and sometimes a bit messy. This also gives opportunities for people to stand out who can shape the future.
