Plenty of unethical people here who are basically in retirement mode. - guy take full grocery bag of pastries from B2, then meets up someone driving a Toyota Prius in front of the B3 parking lot to load the pastries into the Prius. - guy plays games on work computer and spends hour smoking in the car. - guy constantly tries to sell coworkers life insurance, retirement plans, and always on the phone pitching life insurance sales call during work hours. This happens not once but all the time every week. Managers know about those issues but do nothing. And those guys are the people who eventually become managers—your managers. Look up “Dead Sea Effect.” That’s exactly what’s happening here. The capable employees already left, and what’s left are the lazy, toxic ones. They won't fire them, because if you do, no one would even handle the basic work.

No 401k match, extremely toxic environment & management will never have your back, never! Whether you worked 1 year or 30 years in the industry, 10 vacation & 5 sick days a year, totally old school! Work life balance, forget that, no such thing.
