As TWU approaches its 100th cohort, 2026 has already been a remarkable year: ✨ 149 graduates have completed TWU so far this year. ✨ 9.8/10 overall program satisfaction. ✨ 97% average session satisfaction score. ✨ 99% of graduates said the program structure maximized their learning. AI capability development continues to be embedded throughout the curriculum, helping graduates prepare for an evolving technology landscape. Thoughtworks is proud to support Singapore’s first live testbed for physical AI in a public space, working alongside IMDA and industry partners. As part of this initiative, robots will be trialled across services such as cleaning, security and food delivery, helping shape how intelligent systems operate in real-world environments. Celebrating one year of Thoughtworks Peru 🇵🇪 During our Gather in Lima, we took a moment to reflect on how far this community has come. What started as a new chapter is now a growing team of more than 40 Thoughtworkers. The day was filled with conversations about our future, AI/works, delivery and the connections that continue to shape our journey together. ✨

Between board games, laughter and great discussions, it was a chance to strengthen the relationships that make our community special, both inside and outside of work. 💜
Thoughtworks alum Jéssica M.’s journey through tech has been shaped by curiosity, purpose and impact. After joining Thoughtworks while still in university, she grew across teams and regions, later finding her path in cybersecurity. Today, she works as an Information Security Officer while continuing to support digital inclusion, cybersecurity education and women’s leadership through community initiatives in Ecuador. As she says, “Cybersecurity is not just about protecting systems.
