Since 2010, the Thoughtworks Technology Radar has offered a biannual snapshot of the tools, techniques, languages, and frameworks shaping the software landscape. In April 2024, it reached its 30th volume, prompting a reflection on its origins, purpose, and lasting impact. In this short documentary, Thoughtworks leaders—including CTO Rachel Laycock, former CTO Rebecca Parsons, and Chief Scientist Martin Fowler—share insights on how the Radar began, how it’s made, and how it's used worldwide.
